Proyecto final del otoño
In this project, you'll create a Live Binder about a topic of your choosing. On this website, you'll add a page for each of the following:
-- A video about your topic --found from the web in Spanish -- embedded into a page of your Live Binder with a written 60-word summary of what you learned from it
-- An article about your topic -- found from the web in Spanish -- embedded into a page of your Live Binder with a written 60-word summary of what you learned from it
-- An infographic, created in Piktochart in Spanish, describing something about your topic. The graphic should have 150 written words and should be graphically appealing. Add links to different sites to it, too.
-- A one-minute screencast, using web tools like Screencast-o-matic.com or Screenr.com, displaying a Google presentation with you speaking over it.
You should avoid repetition in all four segments of this project. Write and speak in the most accurate, best Spanish that you can.
RUBRIC:
60 points: Content (text is understandable, has flow, logical; images clear and illustrate the content; screencast is long enough and enough words in each section)
60 points: Accurate Spanish (uses correct verb tenses and verbs are changed accurately; vocabulary usage is good/appropriate; sentences formation is good)
30 points: Presentation (overall look of slides and screencast, neatness, general appearance)

Oct. 15-16: Getting to know Ana
Ana is a friend of Mr. Miller's that lives in Mexico City. We're going to be connecting with her over the course of the year to see what life is really like in Mexico. Here's what you do:
1. Go to: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1ZAepoEGHvNCuMV-8LXSdOr7BzTm6oZ3LX_2LQd9UKjs/edit?usp=sharing
2. Take the slide that Mr. Miller assigns you. Write a 25-word introduction in Spanish. Use mainly words that you know from Spanish class. If you need an extra word or two, use wordreference.com to look them up. (Make sure you use the best word for what you want to say ... not just the first one you find!)
-- Remember that you're writing Spanish for a real native speaker of Spanish. Do your best to make sure your writing is accurate and looks good!
3. Make the title of the slide your REAL name (English first and last name). Make sure there's some kind of a picture on it to illustrate something on your slide.
4. When you're done, go to: https://docs.google.com/document/d/10qhZVOJauv3CfLimiPgwCBxTGzKWCk_EvZsWv7YM2N0/edit?usp=sharing
5. Think of some questions you'd like to ask Ana. She's in her mid 20's and works for a company that sells ATMs. We'll learn the rest as we go!
